That error message will be unrelated to your problem. As other people have said, I would expect this to be a domain
resolution or ports problem.

I had the same problem after I added ome regions to our world. It turned out
that I had forgotten to open the regions'
ports in the firewall. After doing that everything was visible.

My OpenSim currently has two regions. When I log into the sim. I can’t see
