Try to upload the mesh without generation the physics mesh, you can use the same dae file as physics shape.
I think there have been some changes in the upload mesh code on the viewer side. The upload of generated physics shapes seem to fail. Probably you can see the mesh in the lindenlab viewer but not in firestorm. You probably cannot walk through the mesh.
