This may be because HG statusnotification handling was only implemented by Diva on 2012-03-21. I'm not sure whether
this would have got into 0.7.3 or 0.7.3.1. In any case, you don't need to worry about that message - it just means
friends status updates won't work.
In git master I have amended the log message somewhat since it was misleading - the 18 is actually the length of the
statusnotification string (18 chars).
