Do yo have both lines enabled.
StorageProvider = "OpenSim.Data.MySQL.dll"
ConnectionString = "Data Source=localhost;Database=opensim;User
ID=opensim;Password=***;Old Guids=true;"
ANd all Sqlite lines disabled in the config file ?
