Ok, so I finally got things working as they should. For the most part it seems... I switched back to 0.7.4-extended from the repository, clean grid database and clean region database. I'm able to log in and move around internally. As well I can teleport out on the hypergrid and back home. However when I log into another grid and try to teleport to mine, it fails while giving a popup which reads "Teleport Failed. Teleport Refused:".

On the console, Robust gives the following meanwhile the region end shows no activity:
