Laurent, I believe that you have downloaded the source code release rather than the binary release. The source code
release contains these .exes because they are either essential for runprebuild[.sh|.bat] (Prebuild.exe) or they are
small wrapper executables that will launch OpenSim/Robust in 32-bit mode rather than 64.
You need to either get the binary release or compile the source code.
