That question is a bit off topic for OpenSimulator, as the question is
about transferring files between servers, not so much about
OpenSimulator itself.

That said, you have a number of options available, with varied levels
of setup difficulty and differing amounts of security.

Some ways that will *probably* work on Ubuntu out of the box, assuming
you have ssh login details to both servers:
