At the moment, I'm thinking that perhaps having a moderation queue for
new user accounts fronted by some basic OpenSimulator questions
What about moderating the first edit and whitelist? It's far more
difficult for a bot to submit a relevant edit than decide if opensim
is a cat or a server.
