Some oar downloaded with a web browser fails to load (load oar cannot
find magic number). The files are bigger that they should.
It appears that the downloaded file has been unziped on-the-fly and
is actually a tar.
Solutions:
- Disable mime_magic_module on the server
- Use wget instead of a web browser
- gzip the file again (yes, this is silly)
- load oar http://.... directly from console
Distributing the oars as .tar.gz works but defeats the purpose of the
'oar' extension.
