I am also a talk talk customer and have thier default router which after telneting in and issuing a few commands does nat loopback fine no need to buy a new anything . :) Unfortunately I cant find the google link but it is a once in a setup kind of thing (unless the router is reset to factory default). If i find the link i will send another email.
