"I was not sure what to post this under. This seems is not an issue with Open Sim but with the latest issue of Firestorm written specifically for Open Sim. Members of our grid have been reporting a lot of issues to us of late. We have been scratching our heads because Admins on our grid, who continue to use older versions of FS, have not been experiencing the various issues. Two days ago we started advising our members to revert to older versions of FS. Result is the problems evaporated."
