Final spam to this mailing list about this. From here on, follow me on Twitter (@divacanto) if you want to get a heads up about my streaming sessions.

I'm going to stream again around 2:30pm PST to set up Wifi on my new grid. Tune in if you're interested to see how I do this, and want to ask me questions live:

Otherwise, all of these videos end up on my YT channel:

Thanks. It turns out that the workflow that Twitch streamers follow is to stream on Twitch and then upload those videos to YouTube. Twitch allows us to do that with the click of a button, so I did that too.

My YouTube channel is linked from my Twitch channel, but here it is:

Yesterday's video is already there.

I will stream again in about 90 minutes to finish setting up that grid that I started yesterday.

That is great that you willing to take time to do that. There is this web page that contain some kind of structure for start-up understanding on opensim programming stucture . http://opensimulator.org/wiki/Codebase_overview  .  This is the only permanent record aside of git that  I found offered by opensimulator project to help people interested in the project coding.

I would like to add that tracing opensimulator execution to try to understand its processing of information is quiet a challenge. So your initiative is greatly appreciate.

I notice from twitch help  source as follow that on demand video will only last 14 days if you dont setup that option and 60 days if you do as describe here :.
https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/video-on-demand?language=en_US
Given that you provide permission me or someone better equipped then me could record you presentation via screen recording.  And post a link in the above opensimulator wiki codebase overview page .

The first one being how to install opensim grid mode actually still available on twitch.

  Hello everyone,

During OSCC the idea has come up of documenting opensim through a series
of live streaming sessions showing how to do assorted things in and
around the code. The Holidays are coming, so I hope I have time to do this!

In fact, I'm in the process of setting up a new grid that I plan to use
in a course next quarter, so, as I was starting to set things up, it
occurred to me that I could be streaming what I do, so that others could
learn/compare. The first 2 streaming sessions will be about (1) setting
up a multi-sim grid and (2) installing Wifi and other plugins. Not quite
code yet, but it's a good starting point.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can commit to specific days/times to do
this, since assorted work tends to come my way all the time. But if you
subscribe to my Twitch channel, you will be notified when I go live.
And, iirc, Twitch stores the videos of the sessions, so if you miss the
live session, it can be replayed.

Anyway, if you're interested, please subscribe to my channel; live
action may happen there soon!
