Hello,
I describe the common ground that many apparently diverse end user
requirements in virtual worlds share. I illustrate how this understanding
lead to the an ecosystem of Apps that can be controlled by a universal user
interface, the RezMela HUD. I demonstrate the productivity gains that this
approach enables, from facilitated avatar movement / camera controls to
faster snap-to-grid or snap-to-object building. I argue about the general
applicability of this approach.
