I've added a darwin target, and fixed the network enumeration code so it
works on OSX as well. General SLP operation seems to work, although I'll be
testing that a bit more in the next few days.
I've also added a new property to slp.conf -- net.slp.appendLog controls
whether or not slpd appends to slpd.log or overwrites it. The default is to
append, which was the previous functionality.
