I noticed there is an environment variable setting "OpenSLPConfig" by reading
the source code, I wonder if it is set, does the slp.dll and slpd will read the
configurations from it instead of from the default location .e.g. from
%windows%\slp.conf? Seems OpenSLP also can read properties from global, and
application configurations as well. Is there a document or someone can explain
how they suppose to work?
