Fortunately, unfortunately no. you are expected to code your client in JS and asynchronous calls to the Google server.
If you are talking about asp.net controls, that's not provided either. In my personal opinion I'd say you run away from these. In most cases you will be worrying about viewstate the rest of your app life. For my project I have developed server side controls using c# and webservices and called them using JS.
