for 6, just click on the POST rresult link in firebug, it's there.
I haven't tried 5, been too lazy, bah.
For 1-4, i suggest editing directly on the server and appending &bpc=1
to your urls. In the past, the developer gadget on a page would clear
the cache for ya.
