I also am being plagued by this response.

If you're reading this thread, you've probably already put yourself in
this boat, but if you haven't yet, I'd advise against adding a local
url to the applications list like I did. (http://localhost/foo,
http://www.only-resolves-on-your-network.com, etc)

Doesn't seem so hard to have the "add application" logic check the
resource before sticking it into their storage and permanently wedging
the user's account.
