Hi,

You can specify the cache refresh interval (
http://code.google.com/apis/gadgets/docs/remote-content.html#Params).
So if you set the interval to 0, the content of the _IG_FetchContent will no
cache any content.
But if you are worried about the cache of your source code (by url) then you
have to add some parameter to the url (hack) that was mentioned somewhere in
the forum, so you have to add &bpc=1 to the url (the url is
sandbox.orkut.com/appId=SOME_ID&userId=USER_ID&bpc=1
