I can't remember where I saw it, but at the moment, getting people by
specific IDs isn't featured. They're still working out the kinks of
"can the viewer see information about person X". As for right now, you
can use "VIEWER" and "OWNER", but not anyone by ID. I'm sure it'll be
included with the 1.0 release, but for now you just have to make due
with what's available.
