Hey Ruchi, I don't think that Orkut is gonna allow accessing email addresses of the members via there API for that matter of fact most of the community portals wont. This posses a great threat to there members privacy. But quite possible it is that they can come up with a work around like by allowing sending messages to other users that passes through Orkut without revealing any email addresses.
All I can say for now is keep your eyes open and stay active in the forum.
