Could anybody from OpenSocial designers please comment on Orkut user
preferences implementation. Currently user preferences are viewer's
preferences, not profile owner's preferences: if you visit a profile
with application X installed then you see  it not as intended by
priofile owner, but either how you installed preferences for your own
copy of X or (if you don't installed any) how default values of user
preferences for X are defined.
My question - is this implementation bug or it will stay this way also
in the future.
Also - if this intended to be the standard also for other containers.
It depends much on the answer how to write OS applications.
