The extensibility of OpenSocial allows for containers to add their own keys
there and still be compatible with OpenSocial. So it's always up to the
container to support VIEWER_FRIENDS, or OWNER_NETWORK for a second degree
network for that matter. Especially in the beginning I would think
containers are careful with exposing too much information.
