I figured it out. Okay, so style imports are done with @import and you can include any number of javascript externally. I was under the impression that OS caches a local version of the xml file on the container server but apparently that would defeat the implmentation of OS in the first place (domain security). Anyway, all in all, I feel like a dumbass (which I am when it comes to anything but very specific things in Javascript). Also, it's REALLY awesome that you can look at any application source code. Well it's nice in general, but it does suck if your app gets ripped. Likefm source code has been a huge help.
