The API allows you to call newFetchPersonRequest with a user's ID number.
It is up to the container, however, to decide what, if any information to
return for that request.

Server calls to the opensocial API aren't currently supported, although we
are working on them.  Eventually the idea is that you will be able to call
newFetchPersonRequest from your external server, although it is still up to
the container to determine what data is returned, according to their policy.
