Are all events in OS driven by user interaction? Is it possible to schedule or use timers from the standard containers (myspace, facebook etc)?
eg. my application sends an invite to all my friends. I'd like to send rsvp reminders. can an event be fired that sends a reminders daily to outstanding invities or the only was is for the user to click the send reminders button.
