Hi Prafulla, Unfortunately, OpenSocial does not provide such a functionality at present. With the restful API which will come when Containers moves to 0.8 OpenSocial Specs, such thing may be possible to a limited extend.
Think about this, OpenSocial containers would like to expose network info (friend circle), but in a context of a member of this network. At the same time, if some app is trying to crawl through the entire network, such a move would not be welcome by the OpenSocial Containers, they would definitely put some deterrent against this. The Containers can look at such activities as spam.
