Hi Duke,

   Orkut has changed its cache implementation to respect cache headers
sent by your server, meaning you effectively have control over how
often your files are fetched from your server.  From what I hear, they
are working on a way to trigger the refresh of an application in the
cache, but this isn't currently available yet.  You can probably find
more specific information in the orkut developer group (http://
groups.google.com/group/opensocial-orkut).
