Actually, you should specify the constant of each Field class for the
second argument of the supportsField method. For example,

opensocial.getEnvironment().supportsField(opensocial.Environment.ObjectType.PERSON,
opensocial.Person.Field.GENDER)
opensocial.getEnvironment().supportsField(opensocial.Environment.ObjectType.ADDRESS,
opensocial.Address.Field.COUNTRY)
