Hi, Yoichiro, Thanks for your answer. But I already got my consumer key and consumer secret. What I'm wondering is wether the people who have profile that I want to access have to install an application I made first. The error messege below,
'User has not installed the current application or application does not have access to requested resource' seems to mean profile owner didn't install my application(an application I made, consumer application.)
