Hm, it looks like you may need to include a <Requires feature="rpc" /> to your ModulePrefs section. Friendster may also not support RPC, which is defined by the spec to be an optional feature.
If including the <Requires feature="rpc" /> element works, please respond and I'll work on getting the article updated.
