Hi, I am stuck with an odd problem while trying to make my gadget work as an UWA widget in netvibes.
I wrote a wrapper which is supposed to convert the Google date-time gadget into a widget Gadget url- http://www.google.com/ig/modules/datetime.xml Wrapper url- http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/114149374870080035534/myNetvibesGadget.html The wrapper html throws an XML parsing error when run standalone. But netvibes ecosystem accepted it and even parsed the information like title, description. I added this widget into my netvibes opensocial sandbox page, I only get to see the gadget xml being rendered as is inside the widget. Are there any specific steps I should follow while writing wrappers? Can all gadgets, opensocial enabled or not, be converted into widget by writing a generic widget wrapper? Some links regarding how to write wrappers would be very helpful. Please help.
