After reading more about the ACL, I think that what I want to do is: -Write VIEWER data as OWNER (I'd currently be the VIEWER and the OWNER). -Read OWNER data as everyone else, so everyone sees the data that I (the OWNER/VIEWER) stored.
I want everyone that comes to my google site page to see the exact same thing in the gadget...and I'm the only one who can change it. After reading my eyes out, I'm still not sure this is possible in a google site.
