Asuka, Some of this depends on how you are intending to write your app.
If you are going to do a native android app, then you should look at the opensocial java client. There is, I believe, some support already for Android. http://code.google.com/p/opensocial-java-client/ It is possible to use the browser as well. If this is your approach, then it would be like developing a regular gadget. -Mark W.
