Hi Eber I'm also from Brazil! Hello!! The orkut platform was released in India past week I guess. Now 10% of orkut users are testing in the production server.
I guess that orkut will be released very soon in Brazil. They are in "final" tests now. A G-guy can answer better than me! Cya!
