As I need to implement OpenSocial API
Speicfication in our platform, I have gone through few of the related
documents and concluded the following steps to be carried out to
provide support for Open Social Apps.
Let’s consider I’m going to implement it along with PHP environment.
• implementation of shindig
• implementation of Open Social API interfaces
• Writing server-side scripts to stream out the required data from the
database.
I’m confused in the first step itself………..for what purpose we have to
use shindig?
I have gone through the document related to shindig . But still im not
at all getting a clear about this…..without shindig, cann’t we
implement OpenSocial API Specification into our platform?
Any of your clear explanation regarding this would really be
appreciated.
