Ok to repeat a previous post and to temporarily close this issue,
there is a strange solution: add
<Require feature="dynamic-height"/>
even though the app may not need it at all. Now it does need it for
basic functionality. Hopefully whatever is causing the fix by
plugging this in can be incorporated into standard functionality since
it's misleading now. Anyway keep up the good work googlers - you guys
are making lots of great progress in short time especially having such
a small team!
