Hi Marc,
I just noticed that you seem to be including the Prototype library in
your application. We've gotten a report that Prototype currently breaks
some gadget calls, which may be the cause of the problem you're seeing.
We're tracking this issue here:
http://code.google.com/p/opensocial-resources/issues/detail?id=104 which
has a workaround that should fix the problem you're seeing.
