Hi Shaunak. Applications added in the sandbox will not be available outside of the sandbox -- the sandbox was created so application developers could build and test their applications while the team prepares to roll out the application platform to the general orkut user base.
At the moment, applications cannot access orkut photo albums, but a request for this has already been filed in the issue tracker.
