Yeah, the Orkut documents say that activity is limited to one activity
per user per app. But that's not the case. I think they just haven't
gone around to forcing that limit yet. I also think that this limit is
very valuable as we don't want to appear as a spamming app to the
user, but we don't want to maintain records of who we've sent an
activity about and when.
