Hi Omer. According to this XSD, these Link elements will go within
ModulePrefs:

http://opensocial-and-gadgets-spec.googlegroups.com/web/4-b-Canonical_gadgets_Spec_XSD.html?gda=VMAcV1QAAABZb7QGezBsRNxO2eLsQB3mfKf-7bzuwIn4jWp9voXB6GG1qiJ7UbTIup-M2XPURDQI_Xa2gAk5_-o-9S-uPdbdIZP_o7HbL21kcoEt3Bt_L4TIXwSHFlc31AV7pr2W3Bo&gsc=0pg2rAsAAABIsGofpY-UAhL139tHPzay

Since lifecycle events were first defined in version 0.8 of the
OpenSocial specification, they won't be supported until orkut's
OpenSocial implementation (Shindig) is updated. Stay tuned to the
orkut developer blog, which will be updated when more specific
information is available.
