Well, I was afraid of this.  My server code works perfect with the RSA
test case.
Google is doing something with their BaseString that I am not
anticipating.  I'm sure the bug is on my part but I just don't know
what it is without being able to compare.
I guess it is possible that I'm not using the correct certificate.
But I'm using the one documented here: 
https://sites.google.com/site/oauthgoog/oauth-proxy
Any other ideas?
