HI Viveka , I am also facing the same problem What i observe here is
when application loading they are checking applatency.aspx?appid="xxxxxx' if that passes correctly then dyanamic height working good if not that will not work and returns app_id is null or not an object in IE,b has no properties in Firefox .I am intimating to googlers but they are not considaring my post .I Gave my application url to json also .U also post this .
