I agree that your review should have had more detail and I will follow
up with the reviewer on this. But if you're unclear about any part of
your review, feel free to follow up with the reviewer yourself for a
clarification of what the perceived problem is.

I agree that users should ultimately have the deciding vote over
whether an application becomes popular or not, but there is a lot of
value for both users and developers if a developer designs an
extendable application that allows me and my friends to "add" our
favorite movies to a personal list of favorites, and this is all we
were trying to impart to the original developer. After a little back
and forth, we did approve the original application as promised.
