Please note that prod.sandbox is still running v0.7 of the OpenSocial
APIs, whereas sandbox is at v0.8. So, please change the app to be v0.7
compliant if you'd like to test it on prod.sandbox. If the problem
still persists, please send the URL to your app so we can look into it.
