If you're trying to maintain two URLs: A-for testing and B-for
submitting to the directory, you can definitely do that . In that
case, you can continue updating (A) and testing it in sandbox/
prod.sandbox, then when the app is fully tested, copy the changes over
to (B). There is no re-review once the app is live, i.e. any changes
that you make to (B) will be reflected as soon as the cache expires.
