Activities generated in orkut apps are posted to the viewer's activity stream only, and there is no way of overloading this behavior. To accomplish what you're suggesting, you will need to store the activity information in a back-end database and associate the information with the application owner. This homemade "activity stream" will only be visible within your app, however.
