Hi Nick, The UID in the URL is the orkut UID, but the UID you need for the REST calls is the OpenSocial one, which you can retrieve using Person.getID () API. Also, please see my post below, which explains how you can obtain your own Consumer Key and Secret to use in your REST-based app.
