I have 2 apps pending very long time (1 is pending for as long as 1 month now). The review process handled over here in orkut is mishandled, newly introduced "similarity check" is buggy and my apps always have false positives. My apps have been twice rejected for being "similar" to mine existing apps which is false. Both pairs of apps were also verified. Now my second app is rejected for similarity with existing app which is not mine but it is the 1st time I see it. After a look - there is no way these apps could be similar. And what about if existing and approved app decides to copy some code snippet from another existing app? How this is handled? I want to escalate this issue.
