Vijaya,

I tried completing the procedure, what i get is "Unable to remove from 
cache: insufficient time lapse."
The servers are totally functional, you try to access 
"http://www.socialwebfactory.com/housie/XML/housie_v5.xml"; in any 
browser it loads properly.
The XML is a well formatted and we have been using the same from past 
4-5 months.

I think there is some problem and would request your to help us.
